For those facing financial hardship, our organization steps in to cover costs for sight-saving surgeries, specialized treatments, and medications that would otherwise be out of reach. School Vision Program
Sight for All United’s school vision program is revolutionizing how children access vision care in the Valley. With the first in-school vision van of Northeast Ohio, Sight for All United helps children in schools obtain needed eye exams and glasses. However, we recognized that for many children, vision problems extend beyond what glasses can correct—they require specialized medical intervention. That’s why we created our groundbreaking referral system—the first of its kind in the nation—designed specifically to bridge this critical gap in care.
When our mobile vision van identifies students with serious vision challenges that require specialized treatment, our seamless referral network springs into action, connecting these young people directly with local eye doctors who provide the treatment they desperately need. This vital bridge eliminates the devastating gaps that once left vulnerable children without proper diagnosis or intervention, ensuring that no student must navigate the world through a blur of uncertainty or miss educational opportunities due to preventable vision issues.
